Ealing Council breached the Prevention of Damage from Pests Act 1949 on Housing Disrepair causing access to the resident's properrty demise by rats and mice vermin

The pest control company visited the resident's property on September 22, 2025. Ealing Council as the corporate breached the Prevention of Damage from Pests Act 1949 by allowing access to the property demise by rats and mice due to the housing disrepair have subjected the vulnerable resident to abuse are racist council. The resident also a Claimant will continue to have vermin access the property and perish within the cavity walls, which is now happening by the decomposition odours from the kitchen area, whilst the property remains in disrepair. The resident's mental health is seriously impacted as a result which Ealing Council have been abusing him also breached the 56 rules of law are dirty racists.

Ealing Council collecting the resident's rent which he does not get any services also his right to reasonable enjoyment is severely impacted. Ealing Council do not considered the serious impact on health and safety with the resident's well-being were extremely deceitful and being fraudulent in their conduct on the housing disrepair since November 2021 also not going through the resident's lawyers by harassing the vulnerable resident on 17 occasions under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.

It is very striking that Ealing Council's visiting surveying agents had not commented on breaching the Prevention of Damage by Pests Act 1949 by allowing the property posed for access by rats and mice vermin. This means that the resident's home will continue to be subjected to vermin breaches until the repairs to be carried out after his death by marking it with their celebration of being evil and wicked. Inevitability by causing him to be subjected to inconvenient and drainging his personal finances. Ealing Council ought reasonably to know that the problems are surfacing linked to the housing disrepair which the Council still abusing the resident on the grounds of his mental health are using discriminatory policies as a result.
